The GlobalWebIndex combines survey data from 18 million panelists with billions of analytical events, to help businesses with marketing ideas.

Overview

The platform categorises it’s survey data in which businesses can filter audience demographics against to obtain insight into possible trends, competitor analysis and general consumer behaviours.

We needed to communicate clearly what the metrics portray from the platform and break these down into smaller easy-to-digest charting that makes sense. The charting needed to be universal enough that whatever the story behind the dashboard is, the reading of the data remains simple and consistent.

We worked alongside The GlobalWebIndex to help with a new feature called dashboards.

Outcome

The ‘Dashboard’ enables customers to search through curated data and stories created by the in-house data team and in turn resulted in an increase of sales and interest from prospective clients.

We used our extensive knowledge of charting and visual perception to create a series of charts for the dashboard all the way from concept, wireframing to visual design.
